When this Policy mentions “Imaan Online”, “we”, “us”, or “our”, it refers to Imaan Online and when it mentions “user”, “you”, “your”, “visitor”, “student” then it depends on you that who you are.
When Refund is possible?
- If any student has paid an excessive amount for any reason, they can request a refund from us.
When Refund is not possible?
- If a student has paid the correct fee, neither the full amount nor any part of the fee is refundable, whether due to non-attendance or any other reason.
How to request refunds?
- To request a refund, kindly email our customer service at [email protected] using the email address that was provided in the form submitted on our website during the payment process where an excess amount was paid.
How much time will refund take?
- Upon receiving your refund request and assessing the relevant details, we will proceed with the refund process.
- Please allow at least 3 days from the receipt of your request for the refund processing.
- Refunds may take 1-2 weeks to reflect in your wallet, bank, or credit card statement.
- You will be notified by email once your refund has been processed.
